PRESENTATION

We, at OROTELS have been working on these issues for over 25 years and we believe it all and only happens because of the people providing the service and making you feel very special. Today's environment is very much technology oriented. This also applies to the hotel business where we efficiently use it as a necessary management and service tool. HISTORY



OROTELS Corporation, Switzerland, founder of ORO VERDE HOTELS, - until 1992 known under the name of CEM Inter Consulting & Management Corporation - is an independent Swiss company based in Zurich, specialized in planning, development and operation of deluxe and first class hotel operations and other related activities.
OROTELS has derived its expertise during many years by forming part of one of the Leading hotel groups in Switzerland. Founded in 1976, it became the international division of this prestigious group, prospecting for new business opportunities in South America. Within a short period of time OROTELS successfully developed and started operating its first HOTEL ORO VERDE® in Guayaquil-Ecuador in 1981, (250 rooms, 3 restaurants), followed by market entries in Mexico, Brazil and Peru.

THE HOTEL ROOMS

The Grand Hotel Guayaquil dispose of 180 de luxe rooms of whose 00 are dobles.,00 are singles and also provide a spacious and comfortable 00 suites. All the rooms whatever they are single, or double are generously sized, handsomely decorated and full of amenities. All the rooms are fully equipped with cable TV, Refrigeration in the room, coffee machine, large desk, direct dial internal and external line, Internet connection, air condition, hair dry and plenty of good reading lights. A 24 hours a day room-service is also available.

Planning and development
OROTELS has planned and developed 3 hotels which became members of the prestigious organization "The Leading Hotels of the World". Experienced in conducting projects from the initial idea until its completion, operation and management, OROTELS has become a specialist in planning and developing new and modern hotel concepts where it's clients and financial partners have a unique opportunity to assure their investment in an overseable business environment.
Technical Assistance for hotel construction, purchasing concepts, design and Pre-opening operation

OROTELS has provided over the years in a number of hotel and restaurant projects with technical assistance in the construction of new buildings or in the remodeling process of existing ones. This includes:

· Operational concepts.

Hotel annual Occupation



As it shown by the graph here, thanks to the quality of the services and the effort of the all employers at the Hotel Quito the occupation p/year has been growing since 1999, reaching a pick of 50% in the 2003.

As the graph here above shown the Hotel Quirto during the last five years has been mainly frequented by Americans in the country for business followed by the Region. European are be going to increase in the 2003 and 2004. The Asian represents the 7 % of the customers. Forecasting for the next two years foresee the increment of Europeans, thanks to the investment process, of countries such us Spain, England and Germany.
